Purchase in 2013 from CAM of the building at Calle Columela, 5 (between Serrano and Claudio Coello, next to Plaza de la Independencia and Retiro Park) by the company "Columela 5, C.B.", managed by the team that later formed the Whiteni RCajal Socimi Group in 2018..
Building of 2.500 m2 for refurbishment, obtaining 9 luxury homes with surfaces between 250 and 450 m2, commercial premises and garage.. Emblematic project in Madrid, consisting of comprehensive refurbishment works with change of use from an office building to 9 luxury homes. The penthouse of this building is still today one of the most impressive homes in Madrid. One of the pre-existing premises was converted into a luxury flat on the mezzanine floor and a car park with 8 parking spaces on the ground floor.

Whiteni RCajal Socimi acquired the company Proyectos y Promociones Legazpi, S.L. in June 2020. S.L., converting it into a Socimi.
This developer is the owner of a plot of 211 m2 situated in the centre of Estepona (Malaga) at C/Legazpi,5 in the Plaza del Diario ABC less than 200 metres from the beach of La Rada. There is a project with licence granted in 2021 for the construction of a 5-storey building with 13 dwellings and a commercial premises.
Work started at the end of 2022 and the houses will be handed over in May 2024.
