Purchase in 2013 from CAM of the building at Calle Columela, 5 (between Serrano and Claudio Coello, next to Plaza de la Independencia and Retiro Park) by the company "Columela 5, C.B.", managed by the team that later formed the Whiteni RCajal Socimi Group in 2018..

Building of 2.500 m2 for refurbishment, obtaining 9 luxury homes with surfaces between 250 and 450 m2, commercial premises and garage.. Emblematic project in Madrid, consisting of comprehensive refurbishment works with change of use from an office building to 9 luxury homes. The penthouse of this building is still today one of the most impressive homes in Madrid. One of the pre-existing premises was converted into a luxury flat on the mezzanine floor and a car park with 8 parking spaces on the ground floor.

Purchase in September 2019 of two adjoining buildings for rehabilitation in C/ Río, 10 (10 dwellings) and Fomento, 40 (15 dwellings) next to the Senate in the surroundings of Plaza de España in Madrid. In total, 25 luxury homes in a refurbished building.

Work started in November 2021, execution approximately 35%, estimated completion in June 2023.

Urban, legal and technical management carried out by Whiteni Fomento Socimi, S.L., a wholly owned subsidiary of Whiteni RCajal Socimi, S.A.

ABC PLAZA Estepona, Málaga

Whiteni RCajal Socimi acquired the company Proyectos y Promociones Legazpi, S.L. in June 2020. S.L., converting it into a Socimi.

This developer is the owner of a plot of 211 m2 situated in the centre of Estepona (Malaga) at C/Legazpi,5 in the Plaza del Diario ABC less than 200 metres from the beach of La Rada. There is a project with licence granted in 2021 for the construction of a 5-storey building with 13 dwellings and a commercial premises.

The works started at the end of 2022 and the estimated delivery of the houses will be at the end of May and beginning of June

Grupo Whiteni is awarded by direct adjudication of a plot of land from the Madrid City Council, located at number 9 of C/ Durazno, in Carabanchel, for the construction of a residential building.

The plot is in the shape of a rectangle with a frontage of 12.20 metres to the north, in a straight line with Calle Durazno. To the south, it is bordered on a straight line of 11.50 metres by undeveloped land. To the east, it is bordered by a straight line of 37.00 metres with the property and to the west, by a straight line of 36.00 metres with the property. It has a floor area of 426.50 m2..

Marketing of a residential development of 18 units and 1,411 m2 has begun. Estimated start of construction in March 2024.

Grupo Whiteni is awarded by direct adjudication of a plot of land from the Madrid City Council, located at number 33 of C/ Sánchez Preciado, in the vicinity of Calle Ofelia Nieto, for the construction of a residential building.

The plot is in the shape of an irregular polygon with a frontage of 21.89 metres to the north, in a straight line with Calle Sánchez Preciados. To the south, it borders on a broken line of two straight stretches of 15.53 metres and 11.82 metres, with a building with frontage on Calle Sánchez Preciados. To the east, in a curved line of 4.68 metres and a straight line of 18.58 metres, it adjoins the rest of this same plot and to the west, in a straight line of 20.79 metres, with the Bosque Schools. It has a surface area of 547.70 m2.

A residential development of 22 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with parking space and storage room (2,029 m2). Start of marketing in January 2024. Estimated start of works in May 2024.
